How much does it cost to study abroad?

If you want to study abroad for your full degree, you will need to pay tuition fees to your chosen university (unless you find a country where you qualify for free tuition) and mostly In cases you won't be able to get one.

Some universities offer scholarships to international students especially in the US and Canada. This is a financial contribution towards tuition fees and/or living costs that is not to be paid. Quantities vary widely.

Master's degree (per year)

US

$26,000 - 50,000

$20,000 - 35,000

UK

$13,150 - 34,190

$15,030 - 25,050

Germany

$1,179 - 4,126 (public universities) or $5,894 - 23,577 (private universities)

For example, a typical scholarship in Canada would contribute a few thousand dollars towards your tuition fees; Very rarely they will pay the full amount. However, there are some opportunities to pay all your tuition fees through a scholarship (especially in the US) and some chance to get the 'full ride' - i.e. tuition fees and cost of living.
